Position Available

Mechanical Service Advisor

This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who understands how a workshop operates and enjoys delivering great customer service.

As a Mechanical Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop. With a dedicated Workshop Co-ordinator managing technician allocation and workflow, your focus will be on customer communication, accurate job scoping, and ensuring a smooth service experience from booking through to completion.

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and inspections
• Discussing vehicle concerns with customers and accurately scoping required work
• Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
• Keeping customers informed on job progress and obtaining approvals where required
• Liaising with the Workshop Co-ordinator and technicians regarding job details
• Managing job cards, invoicing, and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive service environment
• Trade-qualified mechanic strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of mechanical servicing, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple customer jobs
• Confident computer skills and experience with workshop management systems

4WD Accessories Advisor

If you love 4WDs and enjoy helping customers build the right setup for their vehicle, this role is for you.

As a 4WD Accessories Advisor, you’ll work directly with customers to understand how they use their vehicle — whether it’s touring, towing, weekend tracks or work — and recommend the right accessories to suit. You’ll be the key link between the customer, suppliers, and our workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talk with customers about 4WD accessories and vehicle setups
• Recommend products including bull bars, suspension, canopies, recovery gear and touring accessories
• Prepare quotes and process sales
• Coordinate fitment bookings with the workshop team
• Keep up to date with new products and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the 4WD, automotive, or accessories industry
• Strong product knowledge or a genuine willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a busy team environment
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for quoting and customer management
